If your items do not fit in the package you selected, I will send you a message to make sure that your package is gift wrapped to perfection. If additional costs are incurred, you will be sent a custom listing for any differences in cost.

If you are looking to order several gifts, for a bridal shower, baby shower, corporate party, business gifts, etc. please send us an Etsy message for wholesale pricing.

I take every precaution to ensure that packaging is done correctly so that your product arrives in perfect condition. However, because accidents can happen, I also purchase insurance with every delivery to ensure that I can replace your order in the event of an accident.

Please notify me immediately of any shipping damage so that we can work together to replace your items. If your item(s) was/were damaged during shipping, email me at akapothakary@gmail.com with the following documentation: a detailed description of damage, photos of damaged package and items that were broken, etc.
